Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Verification
- Minimum age: You may only create and use an Account if you are at least 18 years old. The Website is intended for adults only, including UK residents accessing offshore services.
- Local law: You are solely responsible for ensuring that using the Website is lawful in your country or territory of residence. You must not use the Services if it is illegal to do so under UK law or any other applicable law.
- Self-exclusion warning: If you are registered with GamStop or any national self-exclusion scheme, or if you have self-excluded from gambling with any UK operator, you must not create or use an Account. The Operator is not integrated with GamStop and cannot automatically enforce UK self-exclusions. You remain responsible for honoring any self-exclusion arrangements you have made elsewhere.
- Right to refuse: The Operator may refuse registration, close an Account, or restrict access at its discretion, including for regulatory, risk, or responsible gambling reasons.
Registration Process and KYC
- Account creation: To register, you must provide a valid email address, choose a secure password, and supply any other requested information (such as full name, date of birth, and country of residence). You may be required to verify your email before accessing full functionality.
- KYC documents: At any time, including before deposits, before withdrawals, or during a risk review, the Operator may request identification documents (e.g., passport or ID card), proof of address (e.g., utility bill), payment method evidence (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet), and where appropriate, source-of-funds information.
- Verification checks: The Operator and its payment-processing subsidiary in Cyprus may perform electronic verification checks and use third-party databases to confirm your identity, age, and eligibility. Failure to pass KYC checks may lead to Account restriction, suspension, or closure.
User Obligations
- Accuracy of data: You must ensure that all information you provide is true, complete, and up to date. You must promptly notify the Operator of any changes (for example, change of address or payment method ownership).
- One Account policy: You may hold only one Account with the Operator for Odds 96 on 96-odds.com. Duplicate Accounts may be closed, and bonuses and winnings from such Accounts may be voided.
- Password security: You must keep your login details confidential and not share them with any third party. You are responsible for all activity on your Account unless and until you notify the Operator that your credentials may have been compromised.
- Prohibited use: You must not use the Website on behalf of others, as part of a syndicate, for commercial purposes, or in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful activity.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets
- Availability: Bets may be placed only through your registered Account and only when you have sufficient cleared funds in your Balance. The Operator does not accept bets by phone, email, or any channel other than the Website interfaces.
- Bet confirmation: A bet is deemed accepted when it appears in your betting history or game transaction log. Until then, the Operator may refuse or limit a bet without explanation.
- Minimum/maximum stakes: Each game or market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed in the game or bet slip. The Operator may also impose personal limits or risk-based limits on your Account.
- Game rules binding: The Game Rules for each casino game or betting market form part of these Terms. In case of conflict, these Terms prevail to the extent of inconsistency.
Bet Changes, Errors, and Cancellations
- No unilateral cancellation: Once confirmed, bets cannot usually be modified or canceled by you. You must review all details before confirming any bet.
- Obvious errors: If a bet is accepted at odds, lines, or rules that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error (for example, inverted odds or impossible prices), the Operator may void the bet or settle it at the correct odds as reasonably determined by the Operator.
- Malfunction: In the event of a game malfunction or system error, all affected bets and game rounds may be voided and rolled back to the last error-free state, with stakes returned where appropriate.
- Result determination: For sports bets, settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body at the time of settlement. For casino games, the result is determined by the game's random number generator or live game outcome.
Conduct in Live Casino and Chats
- Respectful behavior: You must behave respectfully towards dealers, hosts, support staff, and other Players. Abusive, racist, sexist, threatening, or otherwise offensive language or behavior is strictly prohibited.
- No collusion or cheating: You must not collude with other Players, exploit software bugs, use automated tools (bots), or engage in any strategy that is designed to gain an unfair advantage.
- Prohibition of promotion: You must not advertise or promote other websites, products, or services in chats or usernames, nor share contact details or spam messages.
- Enforcement: The Operator may mute or block chat access, suspend or close Accounts, and void bets where chat or gameplay rules are breached or where suspicious play is detected.
Bonus Terms
Bonus Activation and Wagering
- Bonus registration: Bonuses and promotions (including those marketed under Odds 96 for UK players) are optional. You may need to opt in, enter a bonus code, or meet other criteria as described in the specific Promotion Terms.
- Wagering requirements: Each bonus is subject to wagering requirements and time limits specified in its Promotion Terms. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds and any associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until the relevant wagering requirements are fulfilled.
- Contribution rates: Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements, and some games may be completely excluded. The applicable contribution table and any game restrictions are stated in the Promotion Terms.
- Timeframes: Bonuses may expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the timeframe stated in the Promotion Terms. Expired bonuses and related winnings may be removed from your Balance.
Prohibited Actions and Bonus Abuse
- Irregular play: The following, among others, may be considered abusive or irregular play and may result in bonus removal, voided winnings, and/or Account closure: low- or zero-risk betting patterns, placing maximum bets when bonus wagering is nearly complete, collusion, or using multiple Accounts to claim the same offer.
- Game restrictions: You must not use bonus funds on any games or features that are explicitly restricted for a given promotion, as stated in the Promotion Terms or on the Website.
- Multiple promotions: Unless explicitly permitted, only one promotion may be active on your Account at any given time. Bonuses cannot typically be combined or stacked.
- Discretion: The Operator reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotion, or to remove winnings generated from bonuses, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, breach of these Terms, or other fraudulent conduct.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods and Processing
- Payment channels: The Website may support deposits via bank cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, and cryptocurrencies, as displayed in your Account cashier section. Payment processing may be handled by a Cyprus-based subsidiary or other payment intermediaries.
- Limits and fees: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, together with any applicable fees or charges, are stated in the cashier or on the payment screen. Your bank, card issuer, e-wallet provider, or crypto exchange may apply its own fees or exchange rates.
- Currency and crypto: Where cryptocurrency is supported, you accept the risk of price volatility. Deposits and withdrawals are credited in the currency displayed in your Account; conversion rates are determined by the Operator or its payment processors.
- Source of funds: You must deposit only from payment methods and wallets held in your own name. The Operator may request evidence of ownership and source of funds and may return funds to the original method if required.
Withdrawals and Verification
- Withdrawal requests: You may request withdrawals from your available real-money Balance, subject to minimum and maximum withdrawal limits. Pending wagers, locked bonus funds, and amounts subject to wagering requirements are not withdrawable.
- KYC before payout: The Operator may require completion of KYC checks before approving withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documents may result in delays, suspension of withdrawals, or reversal of funds back to your Balance.
- Processing times: Internal processing times are displayed in the cashier, but overall completion depends on third-party providers and may be affected by additional checks, weekends, and public holidays.
- UK fund protection: The Operator is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. UK regulatory classifications of customer fund protection do not apply, and your funds are not protected by any UK-specific client money trust scheme. In the event of insolvency of Breakout Group B.V. or its processors, some or all of your funds may be at risk.
Refunds, Chargebacks, and Reversals
- Refund policy: Once a deposit has been used to place bets, refunds are generally not provided. In cases of genuine error, technical malfunction, or other justified circumstances, the Operator may, at its discretion, issue a partial or full refund.
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, recover the disputed amount from your Balance, and cooperate with payment providers and authorities.
- Void and rollback: In cases of void bets, canceled events, or confirmed system errors, the Operator may rollback transactions and restore stakes to your Balance as if the affected bets had not occurred.
- Anti-money laundering: The Operator complies with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing requirements within its licensing framework. Transactions may be monitored, and suspicious activity may be reported to relevant authorities, potentially including authorities outside the UK.

- Service availability: The Operator will use reasonable efforts to keep the Website available and functioning correctly but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Accuracy of information: While the Operator endeavors to ensure that odds, results, and other information are accurate, errors may occur and are subject to correction as described in these Terms.

- Maximum liability: The Operator's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents is limited to the amount of the bet, stake, or transaction that gave rise to the dispute, or the amount of funds in your Account at the relevant time, whichever is lower, except where a higher limit is required by mandatory law.
